How to make browser connect through ppp connection?

Sometimes, connecting with my dongle through Gnomeppp, I get connected, Skype regularly connects and works but the browser (Chrome) can't retreive web pages, nor I can ping in terminal.

This happens, for example, if I resume from closed lid.

Dhcp is not for ppp so which command should I use?
