I just upgraded to 4.3.1. Can't get the Package Manager to work. I click on the icons or access it from the menu and still will not start. I could do a clean install, if that will take care of it. Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance. Michael

Just reinstalled and that took care of the problem. For some reason the upgrade didn't take the Package Manager with it. I kind of miss the old wallpaper of the previous version though!
