430 and ath5k s/n measurement

In puppy430 I note that when you fire up the pwireless program the s/n always records the noise level as ? ... I presume this is due to a problem in the ath5k driver code recently ... there has been some discussion on the ath5k reflectors about noise floor calibration .. has this issue been identified previously with puppy ... interestingly puppy 4.2 seems to have a pwirelss which works ok
