The file setup960.exe has been removed or moved? and replaced with an updated version.

new version of mtpaint 3.34.59

I compiled a new version of mtpaint 3.34.59 in Lighthouse 4.43
and have been testing for a few hours.
It works in Lighthouse 5 as well.

It now has ability to open damaged files and
another feature is pressing key E shows a palette of colors.

It fixes a bad bug in blend mode that has existed since 3.34.29

as the default when taking a screenshot
