Hey Puppians!
I recently got a lifetime premium account on start.me and I think it's time to make use of it...
First of all, if you don't know what start.me is, take a look here.
I think we should create a start page for Puppy browsers, just like many distributions already have.
The subscription is - as I already mentioned - lifetime, so this can be a permanent and on going Puppy project, without fear of extinguish, except from the case that the start.me company goes bankrupt.
If you are interested, submit your ideas here to start materializing it!
Propose the page background, the RSS feeds you'd like to include, some useful (and active) links, widgets and so on...
Ready? Go!!
P.S. Here is a little "demo" page I started, feel free to suggest changes to absolutely anything! https://start.me/p/RMk88e/puppy-linux

Re: Puppy Linux Start.Me page
this is a great idea. im loathe to use start.me as without javascript turned on, it seems nearly impossible to use the site (even if youre willing to mess with the source code.) someone tell me if theres a way.
this is fairly proprietary stuff. the url is alright, the owners dont impress.
if i could get to one of the pages without js and read it, i would.
how about using the same license (public domain dedication. "puppy" domain?) that puppylinux.com uses?
