It is possible connect 2 computers over the internet, but for that purpose we will need a router capable of port forwarding. Also make sure your isp is not blocking the port. 1. We need to setup ftp server at first. computer: http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=46052 2. set the router for port forwarding, (ddwrt) : open firefox, enter router's ip address, select nat/Qos, edit port forwarding, add then edit... application=ftp, port from= 21, protocol= both, ip-address = local-private-address of your computer (such as 192.168.1.1 /not your router ip, but the ip-address from no.1), port to= 21, then enable them and apply. that is it. sorry for long delay, I 'm very busy lately... btw here is the pic sample... (I'm still trying the port for tv and web, not tested) DDNS are used to direct from internet into your computer, more info here http://www.no-ip.com/services/managed_dns/free_dynamic_dns.html I already got my setup working btw... have a nice day
