How to turn on video cards svideo output? |
|
I have an old SIS 6326video card with svideo, how to turn on the svideo?
Why any output on a video card would ever need to be turned on is beyond me.
I used the card with Win98 for years, now I want Puppy to take Wins place.
It was not possible to do it years ago, maybe it can be done now with Puppy400.
If the video card is a no go, I can use an ATI 7500 Radion card in it`s place.

hi sunburnt
see old series
http://linux.die.net/man/4/sis
can't find any specifics for this one, maybe something to do with acceleration, 2D/3D setup limitation?
...or just driver related...found a reputed linux driver on driverguide.com, might be worth a try?
you'll probably have to register
