Sub_title: can't watch youtube type video or nicktropolis slow

Hi . new user, install for me went easy, am using p3 600mhz with 386ram
and has agp128 video card. using the seamonkey browser. I could not update browser when it told me i was using old version. ( using PL 4.2.1 )
? where do files go to when i download update ? I ran the extract file and got a box with more files that i tried to open.
? do i need flash player to view internet video sources ? how ?
my granddaughter likes to play on nick.com but video is very slow, what can i do to help this old computer? For other tasks Puppy has been amazing, new life for this old rig. I tried kubuntu but it was slower for many things and sound never would work. Puppy seems to just work great with hardware.
Is there any newer pets for firefox?

For flash game sites I find the flash block add on helps as there are often numerous adverts going on at the same time and hogging the cpu

some games are just really demanding and 1GHz is barely enough..othgers play fine on a 333MHz machine
..you tube..pretty heavy too.....some play the source video with a media player for better performance...
