petUninstaller 4.3

This is an updated version of petUninstaller so that it will work with the new PPM in Puppy 4.3.

The primary target of petUninstaller is folk running Puppy Linux on machines with small screens, (e.g. EeePC 701), who have difficulty scrolling down to the uninstall section of the standard PPM. So the petUnisntaller GUI shows only a list of installed pets which can be selected to uninstall them.

petUninstaller is just a GTK dialog that uses the standard PPM scripts in "/usr/local/petget" to do the work.
