NOP 4.1 Trash Error

I use NOP4.1 on my PC which boots from a CD and a pup_save file on the hard drive.

Recently, an issue came up wherein an error window titled "Trash Error" appears after the boot splash image and stays there until I press the window's close button. The error message reads: "Unable to connect to the XFCE Trash service. Make sure you have a file manager installed that supports the XFCE Trash service, such as Thunar". As you are all aware, NOP4.1 has Thunar as the file manager.

Does anybody know why this is happening and how to get rid of the annoying error message?
