Hi all Pwidgets fans

This is my small contribution so far to Pwidgets Plugins.

Hostname, simple oneliner and Uptime_Hostname, twoliner incorporating tasmod's Uptime.

Hey trio, I like "Today", and I hope you don't mind I modded it. Funny I was thinking to create such a widget but you beat me to it! This what I had in mind, smaller because "calendar" is huge! Your script though With your permission can I upload a pet?

Also "tv" works fantastic on my faster machine but I can't get a shot! Do you use 'gimp' for a shot?

Hmmm, a new Pwidgets theme, yes something different, I call it 'Peru', orangy type theme, suits a grey desktop, I toyed with the colors in Pwidgets-0.1, the first version.

There is an optional clock too, based on zigbert's minimal clock. It has a backup '.xonclockrc ' with colored hands, just backup your original .xonclockrc and rename this one to .xonclockrc (don't lose the "dot" infront of xonclockrc), includes minimal skin as in scrnsht. It installs as ".xonclockrc-peru"

USUAL WARNINGS APPLY! BACKUP!!!!

Ok got another new theme, was gonna call it Panther but I changed my mind to call it "Pantera" (Spanish for panther). It is blackish, so some may like it.

Also I have made a tarball of a few font changes. Now if you want to use this I suggest you backup your /root/.pwidgets/configs dir before starting. I didn't pet it because it is more of a demonstration than anything. It demonstrates that you can change your Pwidgets fonts to customise your desktop.
WARNING Please take note and backup, if things go awry you can then easily recover. You should be confident with replacing and editing files to use this.

Please read the 'README" file in the tarball

EDIT: Added latest "theme_pack" includes "Peru", "Panther", "Tiger", "Midnight" and "Greyscale"(suits your clock Sigmund )

There are not enough icons in the pdingobats, icon codes in yahoo rss weather is 47 !! So, some codes has to share the same icon.

Updated to version 0.2 --> compatible with pwidgets 1.6 & above

This is the 'You've got mail' widgets.

These are UPDATED as a plugins to the latest pwidgets. 2.0 something.

One is for Gmail the other is for pop3mail.

Renamed to WiFi pet. Change parameters if you require a fast connection report whilst roaming.
For other use such as just checking local signal strength this version is much better.

Changes:
Frequency changed to Channel, more meaningful.
Some processes timing made longer, less Cpu load. It is now 2 thirds of first wireless.
Added Public IP address

New theme and font demo, see up page

are pwidgets stuck to rox-desktop?
i mean, can i use them with xfce4-desktop also( i run my "big brother" pc with xfce4)
or maybe just any of widgets?

I used Pwidgets with BarryK's first 'wooof' snapshot about a month ago using the rat, ie xfce. Worked fine!, mind you that was Pwidgets-0.4, we are now at dev release 1.7-1, so things have changed. TRY IT Please test and give us feedback. It will be much appreciated
