Which iso should I download?

I have been reading the site instructions which state to download the iso
puppy-xxxx.iso where xxxx is the version number, however, I cannot find this on any download site. I only see:
puppy-xxxx-mozilla.iso or
puppy-xxxx-firefox.iso
Is this what I should download, or do I need to find the literal puppy-xxxx.iso where xxxx is the version number???
