cgoban and gnugo for puppy 4.x

Well, as usual I can be found hanging out in #puppylinux at night. Tonight, the request was for cgoban and gnugo. So I compiled from the latest sources, made .pets, and the requesting user tested them. He says they work great. There should be no dependencies for either .pet.
