gprs with huawei ec228 & alltell

I made a handy script that will redetect the cellular modem

for other models the script may need to be edited to use the values from /proc/bus/usb/devices for your actual device (the first number is the vendor id and the second is the product id) just as a note - other huawei models use 1001, 1003... and others I'm sure

pupdial will come up - I just enter my phone number for altell and it works (#777), and my phone number as user name - change the rate to a different value than 9600 - whatever your device is capable of
