ice and openoffice that works with Puppy 4.3beta2?

I would like to get a direct link were I can download ice themes and also Openoffice 3 that works with Puppy 4.3beta2.
I only find some old links. I do not know if they work.
Please also show me were I can get easy install help for the ice themes.
