PHP MySQL for webdevelopment as module

hi, Im looking around as good I understand (I m german). I ' m working webdevelopment php+mysql+apache not cgi, modules. I could not find out, is there one of the puppies, that include a webserver and php ? I have a new ONE subnotebook and could'nt install another Linux because the xserver will not work. So I found puppy and I like that; it's not so big and very friendly. I lost a lot of time with try to install a ubuntu, now win is sic, mbr too. That I can fix later, but I need to develop and run the usb-stick-modem from vodafone E 172. Thanks for all ideas, how I can start.
