agedu

This is a small but neat and powerful tool to keep track of idle files and directories in your system and get rid of them when you don't need them any longer. agedu can display not only the space that a file / folder is taking (for wihch we already have the excellent tool gdmap) but also how long it's been since a file or directory was accessed / modified. It's very good for cleaning up file clutter on your system.

You can find agedu's manpage with use instructions at: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgta ... npage.html

You can also find a Linux Magazine article with some good examples of how agedu can be useful at: http://www.linux-mag.com/id/7336/2/
