What is the program (a puppy one?) used to transform the desktop screen shot in a perspective one?
Time savers:
Find packages in a snap and install using Puppy Package Manager (Menu).

You can do that in GIMP easy enough, using the Perspective Tool,
well you can in GIMP 2.4.6 anyway.
