How to play the game YoVille at Facebook?

disculpa por haberme ekivokado de idioma es ke se me pego el ingles, escribi esto ayer en ingles y lo puse aki en el foro de hispanos espero ke entiendan mi problema de todas formas

(no puedo acceder al juego por supuestos problemas de firewall)
lo cual yo creo ke no es cierto, segun yo se puppy no tiene firewall o si ?
por ke puedo jugar con windows y no con puppy??

si, por supuesto ke si tengo internet, estoy escribiendo esto asi ke kreo ke si tengo internet, amenos ke el servidor de este foro este directo en mi red local..

el problema no es java por ke no tengo problema para las animaciones de flash, ni los videos de youtube..
no c ke pueda ser..

por favor si no me kieren ayudar por lo menos tan solo les suplico intenten jugar el juego una sola vez
y diganme si pueden entrar al juego
yo solo llego hasta la pantalla ke dice ''START''

pero no me deja entrar al ''mundo o mapa'' de el juego por ''supuestos problemas con mi firewall''

yo kiero saber si el problema es de puppy o de mi pc

eso se podria determinar si alguien intenta jugar

si alguien logra jugar YoVille con puppy 4.00
eso kiere decir ke el problema no es el puppy 4.00 sino mi configuracion..
espero haberme explicado bien

hello i was wondering why i cant play the game YoVille at facebook
i wonder if some one can help me with it
its not a game problem i have puppy 4.00 and Windows xp on this computer

with puppy i cant play
with windows i can play

when i try to play on puppy it say that cant connect to the server (firewall problems it said)
but i dont have firewall

and its not java problem im sure

please help me determine whats the problem

i have used at the moment
puppy 4.00 = i cant play
puppy-med-jazx-edition-4.00 = i cant play
windows xp = i can play

Are you sure you have a good connection to the internet?
Can you go on internet with the browser?
If not, try the networkwizard.

creo ke no espesifike
puedo entrar a la pagina me cree el personaje pero cuando le doy a start
me dice ke no me pude conectar con su servidor por problemas de mi firewall

pero entonces por ke puedo entrar desde windows ?

i did not specify i can access the game page i have created my character but when i try to start the game
there is a error message that tellme that i cant connect to the server due to my firewall

but then why i can play with the windows xp ?
its supposed that puppy 4.00 doesnt have firewall right?

lo kual me deja perplejo por ke puedo jugar este ke es mas komplejo y por ke no puedo jugar YoVille ke es mas sencillo mas rapido menos lento ?????????

Yes I misunderstood part of your question.
So you go the small worlds site to play your game.
You get the message when logging in and going to your game.
If you did nothing special, the puppy firewall (yes there is one) isn't activated.

I don't use the firewall at all, so I have no knowledge of it.

Search for firewall with the puppysearch link in my sig. You might find posts of people having had the same problem.

try to edit /etc/hosts.allow

ALL: ALL

And rename/delete hosts.deny

If you know the IP of the server, for security it is better like this:

but YoVille the game that I WANT to play
is the one that wont let me in

thanks a lot trapster maybe i would do an exclusive install of puppy 300 retro to play just YoVille
of course would be awesome and godlikely to play it with 4.00

i have tryed with seamonkey tryed with firefox 3.0.1 tryed with opera 9.5 tryed with another browser that i cant remember the name and !! THERE IS ALLWAYS THE SAME ERROR

there was a problem connecting to the server.this may be doue to a firewall on your network. (i dont have firewall goddam).. press refresh button and try again. (it should say try 867 times so you could realize that you are stupid refresh button-freak).. please let us know if the problem continues. (i have sent 3 mails.. and no responses, also here at the forum no one knows YoVille.. i just need some of you guys to try to play it once with puppy 4.00 so i can see if its the puppy 4.00 linux operative system.. oooor it is me..

Just booted into pristine dingo400.
In seamonkey, yoville game comes up and I chose my player with the different options. It takes me up to a screen to sign into/register on facebook.
No thanks, don't need it.

I can go to the page to sign in and there it says:

As I stated earlier, It works for me in a pristine puppy400 with seamonkey.

How did you install Puppy? Do you use liveCD? If so, could it be that your save file is too small (it can be increased, see the menu item "resize personal storage file").
