I want to have Puppy installed on a Reiser FS instead of a Ext2 FS.

Is this not possible?

you can install option 1 on reiserfs

I don't know if anyone has tried it with option 2

when you do an option 2, it will format the partition as ext2, so if you wanted it on reiserfs, it would take manual work and experimentation on your part.
