Does it run in DIngo?

Hey Crusty
Love to get it working, but so far a Dingo killer. Asks me to type in my resolution ect...
??Where??...Typing metisse into a console kills the Dingo
Restarting X with xwin metisse just returns to the prompt..
I have an older .pup will look for a newer version ..tarball ect...

Does it require Java? (now open source)?
Or did I dream that . . .
It is transparent - really needs that 3D graphics card and driver . . .
and hey it is different to the compiz . . .

no, metisse needs no java.
The Java based 3D desktop is called looking glass.
According to my colleague looking glass works in Muppy 008.3.

- a very nice environment I think version 2 of Puppy is the last one I had 'Lokking Glass' working in - probably even better now . . .
Will it dance with Dingo?
