I've uploaded a .pet(2825kbytes) here.

To run, Menu->Calculate->PSPP

The menu help, for the reference manual, doesn't work, so either refer to the online manual, or there's a local copy in /usr/share/pspp directory.

N.B. I haven't tested rigorously but, due to gtk2 incompatibilities, definitely not for pup2...althought it may work for pup-2.17? Caveat emptor!
