F11 in SeaMonkey: bug or feature?

When I do F11 in SeaMonkey to maximize SeaMonkey's window size, the forum compose window stops working. That is, it won't respond to any keyboard input until I resize the SeaMonkey window with F11 again.

Also the Yahoo mail compose window does the same thing, so it doesn't appear to be something peculiar to the Puppy Linux forum software.

I have no idea if this is a bug in SeaMonkey, or Puppy, or something else.
