Chasing my puppy's tale!(Solved!)

#1 Post by grouchyhermit »

I mounted my flash drive, just don't know what to look for, is it in root, filesystem, what do I look for to find my usb flashdrive? Thanks in advance to the Puppy gurus!

If you mounted it, then it must have opened a folder whose name is /mnt/drive1, where drive1 can be sda1, sdb1 or sdc1.

Some versions of Puppy do not open the drive automatically upon mounting, but you will see a "file drawer" icon that you can click.

Thank you thank you and many times thank you, that worked, I found it! Trying to get Dingo for my wife's lap top but I don't have a burner on my computer so I have to take it to the kids computer to burn it. Thanks again!
