Csound DotPup/ General Procedure for creating .pups

I couldn't find one. I am glad Hydrogen and others are available, but not sure of Csound. So, I tried making one without any previous experience, and couldn't get it to work. It would be really great if I could get to know a good guide or article for making DotPups for such not-so-common applications. Any help really appreciated. Thanks !
