Make an automatic dial-up connection with wvdial, bypassing pupdial

...and avoid the additional clicks and "reading configuration file" banners associated with pupdial. Tested on Puppy 4.1.2, 4.3.1 and Wary 5.3.9

1) Set up your initial dial-up connection for your mobile modem, etc. using pupdial. Make sure the connection works.
2) For Puppy 4.1 and probably 4.2 - simply run the wvdialshell-script found in usr/bin. A window will open and wvdial will connect automatically without any further input. To disconnect, just close the window.
For Puppy 4.3.1 and later - the contents of the wvdial configuration file found in /etc will have to be changed first because the lay-out changed from earlier versions. Add the details of ISP1 ie. Number, name, password to the default section and run wvdialshell as above.

I made a tray button linked to wvdialshell for easy access. You can of course also make a symlink to wvdialshell in your start folder in which case you will automatically connect at startup.
