Session not closing when burning dvds

Puppy 3.x and older uses an old version of growisofs which I recently found out was the reason for dozens of coasters created in puppy.
Apparently older versions of growisofs have issues with my Pioneer burner that are supposed to be fixed by later versions of growisofs. For more details see

To fix you can try installing the dvd+rwtools from dingo.
