I don't know anout NOP, but I guess probably. Are r3 and r6 based on different Puppy versions or the same one? I think Puppy normally upgrades well, as long as there is an increase in version number.
If you run from live CD or a frugal install, it is worth making a backup copy of your pup_save file first, just in case something does go wrong. _________________ Classic Puppy quotes
