Truecrypt 6.3a and Truecrypt 4.3a
I've already ticked it in Truecrypt menu :
I can create a volume.
I can mount / explore a volume in Truecrypt.

What is in trouble : when I dropped my file-volume on Truecrypt desktop, I got this message :
- Settings › Preferences › System integration › Do not use Kernal integration

Anyway, I understood no dependencies are needed : solved
Even better : specify filesystem

The developers have abandoned TrueCrypt stating that there may be unfixed security issues:
