• Managed to turn YAP into a pet - should be in top directory
  New HTML, menu layout and code simplified
  - only two links need a web connection (both on meditation under help)
  Rest works offline without internet connection

Is there much interest in Buddhism in the Ukraine?
I imagine it to be mostly Christian Orthodox.

Dear Lobster,

The situation here is certainly curious. Orthodoxy has become almost a State religion, and that is a rather recent development (past five years, perhaps). Although there are very few Buddhists amongst ethnic Ukrainians and Russians, the highest concentrations of Buddhists are found in Bila Tserkva and one other town, to which many Vietnamese fled during the war. Most of the Vietnamese are engaged in subsistence agriculture, and they, incidentally (or not), produce the best vegetables in the country, although that conclusion might be disputed by the Koreans here, who produce too little tibi (tofu) but ample spiced carrots and other great vegetables.
