Qucs 0.0.7 electronic circuit simulation dotpup

QUCS >> Quite Universal Circuit Simulator

http://qucs.sourceforge.net/

from the site....

Qucs is an integrated circuit simulator which means you are able to setup a circuit with a graphical user interface (GUI) and simulate the large-signal, small-signal and noise behaviour of the circuit. After that simulation has finished you can view the simulation results on a presentation page or window.

This should work but if it does not... post the problem and I will fix it.

your dotpup moves dotpup.tar.gz to / ... which is ram ... the file is less than 2 megs, but if you have very limited ram, this could crash the system ... df -h would tell you how much free space you have in /

if you wanted to, you could put those files anywhere, with 1 symlink in /usr/share

the qucs program seems to need libqt-mt.so.3, which Puppy 1.0.5 does not have

Works, when qt.3.3.4.tar.gz is installed first...

Hi, it works. Just do it this way:

1. Download and install qt.3.3.4.tar.gz with Pupget. I did not reboot..
2. Download and install qucs.pup

I would like to suggest, to include some sample circuits with some explanations for it...

PS
Have fun :)
