This was compiled in Puppy 4 and may not work on other Puppies. http://sox.sourceforge.net/ The dev package is included seperately incase you want to compile something with sox. I compiled this to depend on libsamplerate which you can find in my audacity thread at: http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=25372
