Hello everyone,
In the review done for TEENpup 2008 the reviewer listed the non working of Encrypted DVD's as one of the negatives.
I have retested TEENpup 2008 with shop brought not pirated DVD's with Gxine, VLC, Mplayer and they all work? This is while running Live or Installed to Hard Drive.
I'm thinking as he was running TEENpup Live, he may not of had enough memory or swap?
As I am live in Australia and my original shop brought DVD's are all zoned for this region, could this be causing the problem?
Is encrypted DVD playback working in TEENpup 2008 in other regions of the world for you?
Please answer Yes or No and where in the world you are!

I can't even begin to tell you how pleased I am with the new TEENpup 2008. Nice job. It's fast, responsive, and just a delight to use.
I'm in the USA, and it seems to play encrypted DVD's fine. I even tested it with "Bourne Ultimatum" and gxine played it without a problem. I think the reviewer must have some odd hardware configuration or something.
(Yeah, I know "works on my machine" isn't much help in solving the problem, but for me it just works.)
It sure as heck isn't a problem with TEENpup 2008, that's for sure!
