Perhap it's a result of sleep deprivation, but the first thing that came to mind
when I saw this was that it needed a cartoon dialog bubble over on the the
penguins stating "I hate it when they close down the pool for maintenance."

Another possible full-picture caption:

Linux: relax, n00b. it'll NEVER be this mainstream.
