How to Configure Internet Connection in Sylpheed

Can someone help regarding Internet Connection in sylpheed.

I have configured my Lan and Mozilla and it is working fine as I am coming live to you from my Puppy CD.
(How much cooler can it get ?)

PS:
There are other Linux Distros out there DSL for example. But, nothing comes even close to what Puppy is. It is sooooooooooooooo cooooooooooooooooool.

To set up your mail in sylpheed you need the addresses and protocol of your IP servers mail delivery and your user ID and password.
You can use the default Mailbox in sylpheed (MH).

In the Preferences window enter a name for the account and fill in the personal details section.

Select the protocol, most use POP.
You need to enter the mail address for receiving and the address for sending mail and your user name and password.

Click ok and you should be ready to download your mail.
