Want an Asus Eee? |
|
Now, as you may have noticed, the Asus eee won't be going retail in Australia, and possibly wont go retail in other parts of the world. The good part is, I may have a supplier lined up.
If you would like one, just reply or PM me with your country and the model you are interested in. http://eeepc.asus.com or the wiki entry should give you an idea what you want.
This is not forcing you into buying anything, this is just a display of interest so if we can get our hands on an eee supply, we know how many to order. Thanks!
Also, this isn't spam, I'm giving a service to the Puppy community. Some people may think I hate you all, but this isn't true. I apologize for any misconceptions that were caused by my disappearance, I expressed my opinion poorly and the aftermath wasn't good and for that I apologize.

Good to have you back after a brief "vacation" Thanks for starting this thread.
I saw that the 4G model is the one already available, from here:
http://eeepc.asus.com/en/product.htm
(included: 512 MB DDR2 RAM, 4G storage, camera, speaker and mic)
My Puppy lab is already full of PC "toys" (starting with 0.6 kg PC), so am not ordering for now. But wow, the eee is only 0.92 kg, screen and keyboard included!
