This version has no computer opponent. instead it's a 2-player game, where the object is to connect four in a row. The game also comes with a larger set of images, for displays of 1280x1024 & larger, however they took it over the upload limit of 1M & have been dropped. if you wanted to download the larger images, they can be downloaded from the unix source from this location:

http://one.fsphost.com/kyewix//connect4/

and then copied to /usr/share/connect4/data/1280x1024

to start the game type connect4, then choose whether to play a local, or networked, game.
