Is there a dotpup available for GnuPG? If not has anyone considered compiling it for Puppy and making a dotpup? If I were able to compile it I would do it myself, but I lack a compiler, and the knowhow to do it. Actually from the reading I've been doing the last several days I believe I could compile it if I had a compiler, but since this is an ecryption program it would probably be best for someone who knows what they are doing to compile it.
