There is also - surprise, surprise - Flashblock.
Google (there's that word again) seamonkey flashblock.

It does not work with version 2.39.

You can disable Flash in Seamonkey's Tools->Add-on Manager->Plugins

Firefox goes one better and lets you choose an "Ask to Activate" setting so that you can allow Flash to run on a case-by-case basis.
