How to change font colour in 2.17?

Subject description: Also, is there a user manual for 2.17?		  
this maybe a simple answer but how can you change the font colour in puppy 2.17. do i need an download a program to change the colour? oh another thing is there user manual for 2.17?

To change the desktop font color, right click any icon and choose ROX-Filer>Options>Pinboard

There have been a couple of efforts at producing a manual. Last usable one was for Puppy 2.10, but there has been a recent effort that is still being worked on. A forum search should prove fruitful.
