How the rox-filer package creates the puppybin in puppy.Can you explain about this?

The icons go in /usr/local/apps/Trash directory, which can only be opened to view them by right-clicking on the trash icon in /usr/local/apps directory and choosing "Look inside". Just copy the two icons you want and call them trashcan_full.png and trashcan_empty.png ...
