this is a gtk file splitter, like gtklzsplit, but i think more aesthetically pleasing.

to run use Menu->Utlility->gtk-splitter, or type gtk-splitter on commandline.

after a pm from MiG21, i realised that i had uploaded the wrong version, so i've re-uploaded gtk-splitter-2.2.1.
