Where can I find details about the taskbar?

I want to know the details of the tray in puppy linux. Where i get the manual of that?

jwm tray config is in /root/.jwmrc-tray

What type details? I like the option only available in 2.15 (afaik) where there is an option of puttin the tray on top with the mouse.
