Hi EarlSmith
I have been using 2.10 Pro since it was first released and haven't realy needed to update yet. I think the closest thing to an upgrade you will find will be the 2.15 CE (community edition) office version, which is currently under construction. The beta version should be comming out soon. Check out the threads in the Advanced toopics Puppy projects section of the forum.

Looking for a puplet to give to a total n00b, and like the descriptive menu in this one e.g. "Word processor" instead of "Abiword". Are there any other puplets with descriptive menus like this?

why do you like it better that way? I kind of mix both ways together, here's an example at the bottom of this page, of a release i'll be making very soon,

I don't like it that way, but I know if I give it to this n00b, I will get questions as to what gnumeric, grip, seamonkey, gxine etc. are.
