help Finding drivers for a trendnet nic card

I am new to linux. I am having trouble finding drivers for Trendnet 802.11g wireless nic (tew421pc). The company does not make linux drivers for this card yet. Any one have any ideas about alt driver that might work.

You will have to use ndisswrapper util with windows drivers for now.
I did a search for it, and i did get a lot of results that it works fine using hte util with windows drivers...
