My boss cannot access http://htb65.de/htb in McDonalds Internet cafes, and sbaguz cannot access dotpups.de.

He gets this error created by the network proxy:
http://dotpups.de/tests/xmule.tar.htm

Does anybody know, what could be the reason, or a webproxy to bypass the filter?

german proxy, this is a good one. floaty ad is annoying, won'let you download >1mb(each) files

http://pureprivacy.com (.net?) huge top ad. worth trying when nothing else works.

So to download xmule, try:
http://proxy.pureprivacy.com/cgi-bin/np ... ule.tar.gz

Not sure if it's relevant, but much of the spam on my forum came from addresses at *@web.de, so I eventually banned the entire *@web.de email range. Maybe something similar happened to them, but they decided to block people from visiting .de in general?

MU, i personlly like www.grab.cc for my proxy needs. Its quick and it seems to allow any downloads through the sever. Also no pupups or banners in the proxy(just on the homepage).
