i uploaded a .po file for my dotpup handler script (it runs when you install a dotpup package), if anyone wants to translate it

i think the script should display utf-8 characters properly using gxmessage, but the only way to be sure is to try it ... i don't know if it will handle right-to-left language encoding properly or not

this is experimental ... for example, there are simpler ways to handle translations than gettext
