As of now the Guide is looking real good. Thanks to the many puppy enthusiast I have tracked down quite a bit of information for the guide thus far.

However, I do not have a printer or wireless internet connection and no dialup internet connection. And it seems I cannot come across any beginners how to for these items mentioned. Maybe there are some and I'm just not fluent in these areas ???

Please post your findings here concerning the three topics mentioned.

1. Printing.
2. Wireless Internet
3. DialUp Internet

Hi Kenny,

I think if you look at Flash's Sticky .... here's the location:

http://www.murga.org/~puppy/viewtopic.php?t=597

You will find printing info, and maybe something on the other two topics. Also, pakt's excellent work on printing found here:

READ the first post for the announcement. Wherever you got that link don't matter nothing to this post.

Ok , I just checked it out.. Looks good, BUT, some of the links need to be updated.
For instance, the CUPS.PUP is linked to an older version of cups, the newest pup version is 3.0 right??
3.0 does a much better job of printer installing, and has more/newer drivers..

On a futher note, would it be possible to add a section called "Puppy Tips & Tweaks" for installing and using Puppy to it's fullest..
It's great to find em by searching the forum, but it would be even better if they were compiled/found in one place..

Just my 2 cents :D

A lot of the links do need updated. I released under the gpl so that others can edit, add, delete what they please.

Right-click on the link save it to your computer, open it up with your browser and have at it ! start a new page and add links and reminders, bookmarks howto's... And if you think others can benefit upload it for them.
