Firefox 2.0 install

Yesterday switched form Puppy 2.1 to 2.11. On 2.1 used PugGet to install Firefox and there was a desktop icon as part of that download. On 2.11 I installed Firefox 2.0 directly from Mozilla to a root folder. Question: is it possible to create a Firefox desktop icon from root? I realize this falls into the minor annoyance category but if there is a solution I'd be grateful for an answer.

type in a consolewindow
which firefox

This should tell you, where it was installed, like
/usr/local/bin/firefox

Drag that file then to your desktop with rox-filer.
Right-click it -> set icon.
Now you can drag a picture on it.
Firefox has some icons, they might be in
/usr/lib/firefox/icons
or a similar folder.

I attach one.
Right-click it (it is not directly visible in a webbrowser), then choose "view image".
Now you will be offered to save it to disk.

Thanks for the help. Drag and Drop is second nature to me on Windows. Don't know why I got a brain lock when using Puppy.
