You can download the source code at http://jazzplusplus.sourceforge.net , or some older source code at http://www.jazzware.com .

The binaries didn't work for me from jazzware.com , and I could not get it to compile. I'm not much of a programmer, so I'm not sure what all needs to be done to get it to work.

I'm working on a little project to make my own puppy based Linux environment to make older computers be able to be live MIDI sequencers/samplers. Jazz is perfect for this because it runs well on older hardware. I downloaded Rosegarden, but I'm hesitant to use this because of the fact to do some serious work beyond MIDI composition, more RAM and processing power is needed.

Anyway, this may be a fun project for a developer who has a little time.
